April 28 to May 13 in Arlon, Belgium, near the border with Luxembourg, takes place the festival of Artlon, which I am pleased to participate as a photographer selected exhibitor in one of the rooms of the old courthouse.
This photograph is not exposed, although part of this series (see page festival devoted to me).
This series highlights:
Dolls at auction
dolls neglected, relegated
neglected, abandoned,
AS
children rejected.
Few words in return for the inauguration: the Belgian Festival of Photography in Arlon on the border of Luxembourg saw its third year in 2012. It is quite remarkable for its dynamic small team of volunteers and the quality has managed to infuse its curator - Serge Picard - photographer himself at the Vu agency. The variety of subjects and sensibilities make this festival a little "Arles" in Belgium open to contemporary photography.
And we must add that in addition to the Festival 'OUT' bathes the town of Arlon from photographs in large format and high quality! - In short it is a festival that offers a real Photography space to express themselves in all its components.
