The first Kosmopolite festival took place to Bagnolet in 2002 and continued during a few years.
It returns there this year of 2013.
These last years, this festival it is moved by city in town of Europe, abandoning this east city Parisian
(either this municipality did not more want it for a moment ?).
This year again,
Bagnolet offered at the end of September some walls to the artists of the grafs of streets (street art) participants
in this Kosmopolite on 2013.
I not did not locate all the frescoes, these being more scattered than previously
(see those of 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2008 on the same site).

BAGNOLET, in the Ile-de-France itself, to the general government of the same name, the diocese, the parliament, the estate management and the election of Paris, to the league in the North of this city. This village is remarkable by its pleasant situation, and by a country cottage belonging to Lord the duke of Orléans, where we admire the sculptures of the dining room, both fountains with which it is decorated : The office of entrance where Mr. duke of Orléans, regent, painted a par of paintings representing Daphnis and Chloe's story, offices of China, copse and three rooms, gardens, intention of Desgots, the most curious rooms of which are the fence of the big path, the wood which is on the left, the belvedere, the hermitage, forming a lounge in eight arches, decorated with faces of the fathers of the desert, the labyrinth, &c.
